Fellow Lions,
On Sunday May 19, 2019 the Muskegon Northside Lions will be having their 40th Anniversary Gala. I know it is a ways off but not wanting to wait until the last minute (crisis management) I thought I would contact you to see what your availability might be for our planning purposes. This is the weekend of the MD 11 convention as well. It is requested that you complete the information needed below and return it to me as soon as possible I would greatly appreciate it. If you do plan to attend, more detailed information will be mailed to you in the form of a formal invitation.
