Please join us at noon-1:30 for lunch and then listen to Wayman Britt from Kent City Admin is also the County Administrator/Controller for Kent County. The county has 1700 employees and a total budget of $418 million. Prior to his current role,he served as Assistant Administrator for Kent County with responsibility for numerous departments. He was also responsible for instituting the County’s Performance Management System. Prior to Kent County, Mr. Wayman served in management and leadership positions with Steelcase.
