DESCRIPTION:Dinner in the Dark – GVSU Campus Lions Club Event on Wednesday\, March 11\, 2020 at 6 pm in Kirkhof Center – Grand River Room (3rd floor) \nCome eat a spaghetti dinner while being blindfolded (if you want) and experience what it is like to eat visually impaired. \nThe GVSU Lions will lead you to the buffet\, fill your plate and walk you back to your seat to eat.  There will be a guest speaker and hoping for puppies to be at the event. \nDonations buckets will be placed at the table: \nAll proceeds will go to Leader Dogs for the Blind

DESCRIPTION:In the interest of your safety\, the Grand Rapids Lions Club is postponing our March 24\, 2020 Blind Dinner Date event. \nSince much is still unknown about the impact of COVID-19 in West Michigan\, we are following CDC\, state\, and local guidance to avoid large gatherings for the foreseeable future. This postponement comes with no financial detriment to the club or our partners thanks to accommodations made by The B.O.B.\, our host venue. \nWe hope you will be able to attend Blind Dinner Date when we find a new date.
